HOW TO CUT RECORDS

Simone Merli of Soundwalk in Aulendorf, Germany, cutting and testing in the studio of Ulrich Sourisseau, the inventor of the T560 hand made stereo record cutting machine, also used by Kid Koala, among others. Test using extract from the soundpiece “In Lunar” composed by Simone Merli.

Nom Wah Tea Parlor on Doyers Street. A relic from the 1920s, Nom Wah is one of the oldest tea parlors in Chinatown and the best place to get dim sum.
